He'd be be insufferable if he wasn't so successful at holding aggro
I need to train one of our pallys. I think it's safe to say he's our "2nd string" tankadin, right behind our resident aggro magnet, but he seems to be having trouble grasping the concept of working with your team's assets.
For example: hunter lays freezing trap and targets blue square (our primary "trap this" indicator). Pally then proceeds to "Captain America" the group of mobs and drag them over the trap.
The outcome is that sometimes the right mob gets trapped, but usually NOT. For example, if Skull gets there first, and everyone has started pew-pewing on him, the trap will break immediately.
The pally's eventual AoE goes off in proximity to the trap and breaks it.
Either way, the only reason we didn't wipe multiple times in Mech and Steam Vaults last night was because we had some decent specs along. And we did wipe multiple times on the final boss in SV, and there's no excuse for that. Eventually we figured out that Bouncy Pally was blowing himself up when Spell Reflection went active. Part of the problem? He is inexplicably resistant to installing plugins, including BigWigs and Omen.
